1. I will have a one- on-one personal buyer consultation, tailored to your buying needs.
2. I will assist you in securing a lender, specifically for your buying needs.
3. I will automatically email you daily any properties that match your particular buying criteria. This will allow you to drive by at your convenience and determine which homes you would like to view.
4. I will arrange a private showing of any property you want to see including new construction, and For Sale By Owner Homes.
5. I will be available to you during work hours, after 5:00 pm and on the weekends. (even rain, storms, sunny weathers or snow)
6. When you find a property you like, I will use my Specialized Knowledge and discuss a strategy with you regarding offer price, financing terms, possession date, and anything else you want to know.
7. I’ll help you prepare the offer with the terms, provisions, and addendums weighted in your best interest.
8. I will present the offer on your behalf, and then negotiate in your best interest to help you secure the property at the best possible price and terms.
9. I will recommend & schedule extremely competent affiliates with respect to your purchase: general inspector, termite & pest inspectors, a/c & heat inspector, contractors, painters, etc.
10. I will negotiate on your behalf any repairs or concessions needed from the inspection reports
11. I will always be available for you, throughout the entire purchase process, to answer any questions you might have.
12. I will monitor your mortgage approval, follow up on the appraisal, and daily contact with the title company and your lender.
13. I will make sure all repairs and treatments are done prior to closing.
14. I will be present during your signing to monitor your all of the final paperwork.
15. I will give you YOUR well deserved keys to your new home!
